IAR Transaction Forms Improvement Roundtables

Description

Statewide transactional forms may be the most underappreciated of the IAR member benefits. They’re just a tool to conduct business, right? Until one of the prized forms doesn't meet your needs!

They are the foundation of every successful real estate transaction, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and legal compliance. However, we also acknowledge that perfection is a moving target, and that's where we need your valuable input!


We are excited to announce that the IAR Forms Committee, represented by the dedicated Shanelle Cahill, is eager to hear from you. Your ideas, insights, and suggestions for improvements to the existing forms or the need for new forms are invaluable to us. Together, we can shape the future of the forms and enhance their usability to meet ever changing needs of the real estate professional.

These limited space rountables will be hosted by Shanelle at RACI on August 9, 11, 14, & 22. A Zoom date will be scheduled as well.
