H20: Risks, Rights & Regulations 
This course accounts for 3 hours of Real Estate Broker Continuing Education Credit. 

NOTE: Licensees who are in their first 2 years of licensure will not receive credit from attending this course. Newly licensed Brokers: You must complete a state-approved 30-hour Broker postlicensing course within 2 years of your license issue date. This course is required and satisfies your initial CE requirement during the first 2 years of licensure.
